K-Tek introduces the new Woods Quick-Connect System- the only unit of its type that incorporates a direct XLR connection to the boom pole.  This handy accessory eliminates the hassle of messy cables or the need for extra connections.  With the K-Tek Woods Quick-Connect system, microphone changes are quick and easy.  The system is available in three models.  A version for boom poles with a 3/8x16 thread screws on neatly to the end of the pole.  The unit's female XLR is at the top for quick microphone mounting and a side male XLR is provided for existing cables or for externally wired poles.  The model for K-Tek's Klassic Stage Pole locks smoothly onto the pole's integrated Quick-Connect top section.  K-Tek also offers and updated versin of the original Woods Quick-Connect bonded onto the top of a K-Tek Klassic boom pole (shown.)  This version is not removable nad works with both internal coil and straight cables.  Call for specific model numbers.
